Ukrainian flag is already in Lyman

Even though fighting is still going on in Lyman, the Ukrainian flag is already there. — Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, said this in his speech.

“In Lyman, Donetsk region, the Ukrainian flag is already present. There is still fighting going on. However, there is no evidence of any phony referendum,” the president remarked.
