Ukrainian journalist Vira Hyrych was found dead under the rubble following the missile strike on Kyiv

In Kyiv, rescuers found a body under the rubble of a high-rise building hit by the Russian military on the evening of April 28, 2022.

“Rescuers, who continue to inspect and clear away the rubble of the residential building in Shevchenkivskyi district hit yesterday, have just found the dead body,” Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko posted on Telegram.

As Radio Svoboda reported, the victim is a Ukrainian journalist, Radio Svoboda producer Vira Hyrych.
