Ukrainian parliament allowed foreigners to open a business in Ukraine online

On October 6, 2022, the Ukrainian parliament — Verkhovna Rada — adopted a law that allows foreigners to open a business in Ukraine online; 252 deputies approved the document.

Also, according to this law, foreigners will be able to obtain e-resident status and start their business in Ukraine online.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is currently developing a web version and a mobile application using cloud-based digital signature technologies for e-residents.
