Ukrainian singer Jamala auctioned her Eurovision dress for Ukraine

Ukrainian singer Jamala — who won the Eurovision Song Contest for Ukraine in 2016 — auctioned the dress she wore at the opening ceremony of Eurovision in Kyiv in 2017.
It was sold for almost $6,000.
“The dress created by Yulia Magdych for the opening of the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv was sold at an auction for 173, 000 hryvnias ($5,800). In total, the organizers have collected almost 276,000 hryvnias ($9,300). All funds will be donated to the Yellow-Blue Foundation, which helps war-affected Ukrainians,” wrote Jamala on Instagram.
