Ukrainian startup develops UAV for field demining

Ukrainian startup efarm.pro has developed an unmanned complex for demining fields that will help the Ukrainian agricultural sector, Speka reports.

The complex includes a drone, a demining robot, an autopilot, and a tractor-mounted system capable of withstanding an explosion. The UAV scans the field and transmits the location of the explosive devices. It detects explosives at a depth of up to 1 meter.

“The tractor works in autonomous mode without an operator in the cab, thus excluding the risk of his death or injury. In addition, the device is equipped with protective equipment that works according to the principle of a mine trawl. Such a process guarantees that nothing dangerous will remain in the ground,” the developers say.
