Ukrainian surgeons install bio-integrated prosthesis for dog injured by Russian soldiers

Surgeons from the city of Kharkiv have installed a bio-integrated prosthesis in a dog injured by the Russian army. The dog lost its paw during a shelling attack carried out by the Russian forces. Thanks to the implant, the terrier can now embark on a new chapter of life.

“We hope for a speedy recovery of our patient. We are grateful to the owners who did not abandon their pet in such difficult times,” wrote one of the surgeons Vitalii Kluban.
