Ukrainian team presents augmented reality mural in Liverpool within the framework of Eurovision 2023

A mural dedicated to Ukraine was unveiled in Liverpool as part of the EuroFestival. The wall painting with the symbolic title Sound of Freedom was presented by the team of the Port cultural development agency. The mural was created by Ukrainian artist Ptashka Somari and British artist Neil Keating. Its opening was part of the cultural events dedicated to the Eurovision Song Contest.
“‘Sound of Freedom’ focuses on all levels of cooperation between Ukraine and the rest of the globe, including political, social, and cultural interaction. “This collaboration begins with artist interaction and explores each country’s musical background, offering to find a common ground – not for comparison, but for the promotion of diversity, talent, and creativity,” explains project curator Katya Taylor.
