Ukrainian writer Serhiy Zhadan was nominated for the Nobel Prize in literature

“Zhadan is one of the most outstanding poets of Ukraine and a wonderful prose writer, translated and awarded in the world. In our opinion, a Nobel Prize winner. Free Ukraine speaks and thinks largely in Zhadan’s words, and listens carefully to them. Today the poet is in his native Kharkiv, and he is fighting,” — the application states. Serhiy Zhadan’s literary works received numerous national and international awards and were translated into more than twenty languages.
