Ukrainians are now able to use PayPal to both receive and send money across Europe and Ukraine

PayPal Ukrainian customers are now able to send and receive person-to-person payments from their PayPal Wallet to eligible debit or credit cards. Previously, people in Ukraine could only use the payments platform to send money out of the country.
“We believe this service will be helpful for people in Ukraine to receive money from their friends and relatives around the world. It will also help Ukrainian refugees in other countries, so they can receive money to use or withdraw in their current location,” said Dan Schulman, PayPal President, in a letter to the Ukrainian government.
Also, Paypal temporarily waived its service fees for customers sending money to or receiving funds into Ukrainian accounts.
