Ukrainians leave emergency kits in elevators in case anyone gets stuck due to power outages

Russian shelling of civilian infrastructure caused mass power outages in Ukrainian cities. Ukrainians began to leave emergency kits for their neighbors in elevators in case anyone got stuck during the blackout. Kits contain water, snacks, a flashlight, and other necessities.
“My neighbors made a survival kit for anyone who gets stuck in the elevator during power outages. The Russians think they can terrorize us. Little do they know. We are stronger than ever!” Kyiv resident and civil activist Maryna Khromykh wrote on Twitter.
