Ukrainians set up business in Poland: almost every tenth new business is Ukrainian

Ukrainians more and more often decide to set up companies in Poland. Since the beginning of 2022, they have established over 10,000 of them. The September data shows that Ukrainians are responsible for more than 8% of newly registered business activities. In addition, most of them are companies in industries where Poland faces shortages of employees, Business Insider Polska reports.
Ukrainians established 10,207 companies in Poland since the beginning of 2022. The vast majority of them — 9,829, after March 1, 2022, based on the data from the CEIDG database, analyzed by experts of the Polish Economic Institute at the request of Business Insider Polska.
