United for Ukraine: over 500 organizations from around the world have partnered to provide humanitarian assistance and the essential information to displaced Ukrainians

Over 500 organizations worldwide have partnered to create United for Ukraine — a volunteer-run web platform that provides emergency relief, humanitarian assistance, and the essential information to people fleeing Ukraine because of the war. In just the first month, 750 families, which is more than 2,500 people in 25 countries, have received assistance through this platform.

Launched as a small informational initiative during the first days of the war, now the website is a large-scale hub that supports displaced Ukrainians across 34 countries:

  • Safe housing through a partnership with Airbnb, Phineo, and Google.
  • Legal aid in 33 countries across Europe, USA, Canada, Latin America, and Asia in partnership with more than 400 lawyers and over 50 law firms (from global big law firms to specialized boutiques firms and refugee law clinics).
  • Mental support through VOS, Mindly, and Krisenchat.
  • Informational support on most pressing issues in partnership with International Rescue Committee (Signpost).
