Universal Music Group has received the “Ukraine Peace Prize”
The “Ukraine Peace Prize” was handed to Universal Music Group (UMG) on behalf of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in recognition of its support for humanitarian operations in the region and the historical role of music in promoting peace. The President’s Office reported this on Telegram.
As previously stated, the award was handed to Frank Brigmann, Chairman and CEO of UMG in Central Europe, by Olga Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, during a special ceremony at the offices of Universal Music Belgium in Brussels.
