US extended training for Ukrainian forces begins in Germany
An extended training program for the Ukrainian military with American instructors began in Germany, as stated by the senior officer of the US Army, General Mark Milley. — European Pravda informs with reference to AP. The planning of such an extensive program has been known since the end of 2022, without disclosure of the start date.
Milley claims they intend to train 500 people over the following 5-8 weeks. The training includes combined-arms warfare with practicing joint actions and coordination of different forces’ units — infantry, mechanized brigades and artillery. Training will begin with theory and small group work, progressing to the point of complicated training at the BTG level.
