Using DeepFake technology, the enemy tried to communicate with the mayors of European capitals instead of Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko
Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko said that on June 24, 2022, enemies tried to communicate with the mayors of European capitals instead of him using DeepFake technology.
“The mayors of several European capitals have been sent requests for communication via ZOOM from a fake postal address. As our international friends are quick and supportive, the mayors of Berlin and Madrid have agreed to talk. And with the help of DeepFake technology, the enemy spoke to them, posing as me,” said Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko.
The mayor stressed that the enemy is not calming down and is waging war on all fronts — in particular, on disinformation and discrediting Ukrainian politicians. He called law enforcement to investigate such “activities.”
Vitalii and Volodymyr Klychko will take part soon in the NATO summit in Madrid in a panel on Russia’s hybrid warfare.
