Vladimir Putin approved the supply of missiles that shot down MH17 in 2014

An international team investigating the 2014 downing of a Malaysia Airlines Flight said “there are strong indications” that Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin, approved the supplying of the Buk missile system used to shoot down Malaysia Airlines flight MH17. It was stated by Dutch prosecutors, as Reuters reports.
However, prosecutors said the evidence was not sufficient to lead to new prosecution.
Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, was shot down over the Russian-occupied area of the Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. There were 283 passengers and 15 crew members on board. All of them died.
