“Today, in the morning, on the 229th day of full-scale war, Russians are trying to destroy us and wipe us off the face of the earth, wrote the President of Ukraine. They destroy our people who are sleeping at home in Zaporizhzhia, and kill people on their way to work in Dnipro and Kyiv.”
He asked people not to leave shelters and appealed to the people in the video: “The morning is tough. We are dealing with terrorists.

Energy facilities throughout the country. Kyiv region and Khmelnytskyi region, Lviv and Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy region, Kharkiv region, Zhytomyr region, Kirovohrad region, the south of the country.
They want our panic and chaos, they want to destroy our energy system. They are incorrigible.
The second target is people.
Such a time and such targets were specially chosen to cause as much damage as possible.
