“We will not just watch Ukraine bleed to death. Ukraine and Europe will win this war — with or without Germany.”

Polish Prime Minister Matuesz Morawiecki has criticised Germany for its reluctance to supply tanks to Ukraine in an interview with Polish Press Agency (PAP).

Morawiecki said that Poland will not look on passively while Ukraine bears the human costs of Germany’s reluctance to help.

“Almost a year has passed since the outbreak of war… Evidence of the Russian army’s war crimes can be seen on television and on You Tube. What more does Germany need to open its eyes and start to act in line with the potential of the German state?” Morawiecki asked.

He also said that Germany has adopted a policy of “Wandel durch Handel” (editor: “change through trade”), effectively appeasing Russia with trade agreements and hoping that Russia will change as a result.
