“Ukraine is already a member of the European family. But it is high time that Ukraine becomes part of our European project,” said Roberta Metsola, President of the European Parliament, during the Copenhagen Democracy Summit, an annual high-level event dedicated to the presentation of the annual Democracy Perception Index and discussions of how to strengthen democracy globally.
