“While you’re talking, we are dying” Hundreds of protesters lay on the ground in Warsaw to represent the civilians killed by Russian forces

More than 2,000 people gathered in the square: women with children from Ukraine, as well as Polish citizens.

The protesters called for closing the skies over Ukraine and stopping trade between Russia and European countries as U.S. President Joe Biden visited Poland to discuss Russia’s war in Ukraine. People also thanked Poles for their support and sang the Ukrainian national anthem.
