President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy released photos taken in the liberated settlements of Kharkiv region and promised to rebuild the infrastructure destroyed by Russians.
“Izium, Balakliya and over 300 settlements more. With damaged houses but unbreakable people. Not forsaken by Ukraine. Liberated by Ukraine. They will be rebuilt by Ukraine. And they will remain Ukraine forever!” the President posted on Telegram.
