The World Bank has allocated the first funds to invest in the Ukrainian economy since the beginning of the full-scale war. A total of $200 million will go through a trust fund managed by Horizon Capital, an American-Ukrainian investment company. It will invest in fast-growing technologies and export-oriented companies operating mainly in Ukraine and Moldova.
