World shows support for Ukraine on the anniversary of full-scale invasion

The whole world united to support Ukraine one year ago. A year on, the world is still standing with Ukraine. We feel this support and thank everyone for standing with Ukrainians and showing solidarity with Ukraine’s fight for freedom.

To commemorate the one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, countries all over the world showed their support for Ukraine in various ways. Buildings were highlighted in blue and yellow, Ukrainian flags were raised over state and administration buildings, the Ukrainian anthem sounded worldwide, and people organized rallies in various cities.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs published photos of buildings all over the world in the colors of the Ukrainian flag as a sign of support for Ukraine from Sydney and Seoul to Guadalajara and Rio de Janeiro, from Helsinki and Reykjavik to Cape Town and Mombasa.
