“You have been with us since the beginning of the aggression — Poland is Ukraine’s true friend forever”
On April 5, 2023, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy together with Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska paid a visit to Poland.
They met with the President of Poland Andrzej Duda and his wife Agata at the presidential palace in Warsaw. Zelenskyy and Duda discussed security issues.
The Ukrainian President thanked the Polish President and the people of Poland for their support.
“You have been with us since the beginning of the aggression — Poland is Ukraine’s true friend forever,” stated Zelenskyy at a press conference in Warsaw.
President of Poland Andrzej Duda awarded the President of Ukraine with Poland’s highest decoration, the Order of the White Eagle.
